California High School Basketball - St. Bernard's holds off Del Norte

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting St. Bernard's Crusaders basketball team scored a close 55-52 triumph over the Del Norte Warriors.
The Crusaders (13-3) will now prepare for their contest against St. Vincent de Paul (Petaluma, CA). The Mustangs go into the non-league contest with a 11-6 record. In their last contest, St. Vincent de Paul was tipped by Piner (Santa Rosa, CA), 55-38, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Warriors confront the Fortuna Huskies (Fortuna, CA) in a Humboldt-Del Norte - Big 5 contest, on Wednesday, January 22. Del Norte will attempt to better on its 12-8 season record. The Huskies go into the contest with a 8-12 record after their 60-57 league loss to Eureka (Eureka, CA).
