The Greenfield Knights (Wilson, NC) basketball crushed the host First Flight Nighthawks (Kill Devil Hills, NC), 84-57 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Knights now possess a 19-7 record. They play next when they travel to Crossroads Christian for a non-league bout on Monday, January 20. Greenfield will play a Colts team coming off a 54-41 non-league loss to Berean Baptist Academy (Fayetteville, NC). The Colts record now stands at 13-7.
With the loss, First Flight falls to 8-7 on the campaign. The Nighthawks travel to Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC) to play the Eagles in a 2A/3A Northeastern Coastal bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Northeastern lost 78-67 in their recent non-league bout against King's Fork (Suffolk, VA)
