The Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs (Riverside, IL) basketball edged the visiting Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL), 69-66 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 14-7 record. They play next when they travel to De La Salle for a non-league bout on Monday, January 20. Riverside-Brookfield will play a Meteors team coming off a 58-47 non-league loss to Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL). The Meteors record now stands at 9-10.
With the loss, Lyons falls to 7-10 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL) to play the Huskies in a West Suburban - Silver bout on Friday, January 24. The Huskies go into the bout with a record of 8-9.
