The Kennedy Crusaders (Chicago, IL) basketball edged the visiting Collins Warriors (Chicago, IL), 29-28 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Crusaders now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Goode STEM Academy for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 18. Kennedy will play a Knights team coming off a 41-32 non-league loss to Curie (Chicago, IL). The Knights record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Collins falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Prosser (Chicago, IL) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 25. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Prosser lost 48-30 in their recent non-league bout against Curie (Chicago, IL)
