Arizona High School Basketball - Red Mesa holds off BASIS Flagstaff

The Red Mesa Redskins basketball team scored 1 points and limited the visiting BASIS Flagstaff Yetis to 0 in the Redskins league triumph on Saturday.

The Redskins now have a 9-10 record. They play next when they host Dishchii'bikoh for a 1A North game on Tuesday, January 21. Red Mesa will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 49-41 league win over Fredonia (Fredonia, AZ). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-8.

With the loss, BASIS Flagstaff falls to 1-12 on the campaign. The Yetis travel to Joseph City (Joseph City, AZ) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Thursday, January 23. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 19-4. Joseph City won 40-31 in their recent league game against Mogollon (Heber, AZ)
