South Carolina High School Basketball - Bethune-Bowman trounced by Jenkins

The Bethune-Bowman Mohawks basketball squad (Orangeburg, SC), was crushed 68-15 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Jenkins Warriors (Savannah, GA)

With the victory, Jenkins advances its record to 10-7 on the year. The Warriors host Liberty County (Hinesville, GA) to meet the Panthers in a AAA Region 3 battle on Wednesday, January 22. The Panthers enter the battle with a record of 8-7. Liberty County won 41-39 in their recent league battle against Windsor Forest (Savannah, GA)

The Mohawks now own a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Charleston Math & Science for a A Region 5 battle on Friday, January 24. Bethune-Bowman will meet a Riptide squad coming off a 42-11 league loss to Scott's Branch (Summerton, SC). The Riptide record now stands at 1-8.
