Nebraska High School Basketball - Bridgeport crushes Mitchell

The Bridgeport Bulldogs (Bridgeport, NE) basketball crushed the host Mitchell Tigers (Mitchell, NE), 78-33 in Saturday's league bout.

The Bulldogs now possess a 12-1 record. They play next when they host Kimball for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 21. Bridgeport will play a Longhorns team coming off a 49-30 non-league loss to Prairie (New Raymer, CO). The Longhorns record now stands at 2-11.

With the loss, Mitchell falls to 6-8 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Pine Bluffs (Pine Bluffs, WY) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 9-5. Pine Bluffs won 59-14 in their recent non-league bout against Southeast (Yoder, WY)
