New Mexico High School Basketball - Dulce overwhelms Coronado

The Dulce Hawks basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host Coronado Leopards to 34 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Hawks now possess a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to Laguna Acoma for a 2A District 1 game on Thursday, January 23. Dulce will confront a Hawks team coming off a 53-18 non-league win over Sandia Prep (Albuquerque, NM). The Hawks record now stands at 9-6.
With the loss, Coronado falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Leopards travel to Walatowa Charter (Jemez Pueblo, NM) to confront the Cougars in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 1-1. Walatowa Charter won 45-38 in their recent non-league game against Coronado (Gallina, NM)
