In Saturday's non-league test, the Out-of-Door Academy Thunder (Sarasota, FL) basketball squad got by the host Foundation Christian Academy Panthers (Valrico, FL), by a final score of 39-32.
Next, the Thunder clash with the Shorecrest Prep Chargers (St. Petersburg, FL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 21. Out-of-Door Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record. The Chargers come into the test with a 3-9 record after their 26-18 non-league win over Santa Fe Catholic (Lakeland, FL).
The Panthers (1-10) will now prepare for their test against Bayshore Christian (Tampa, FL). The Faith Warriors come into the 1A District 10 test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, Bayshore Christian held off Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate (Tampa, FL), 34-30, in a non-league test.
