Illinois High School Basketball - Lake Zurich defeats Glenbrook South

The Lake Zurich Bears (Lake Zurich, IL) basketball were winner over the visiting Glenbrook South Titans (Glenview, IL), 61-41 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Bears now possess a 15-6 record. They play next when they travel to Wheaton North for a non-league bout on Monday, January 20. Lake Zurich will play a Falcons team coming off a 28-22 league win over Lake Park (Roselle, IL). The Falcons record now stands at 9-10.

With the loss, Glenbrook South falls to 15-7 on the campaign. The Titans travel to St. Charles East (St. Charles, IL) to play the Fighting Saints in a non-league bout on Monday, January 20. The Fighting Saints go into the bout with a record of 16-5. St. Charles East lost 72-62 in their recent non-league bout against Lyons (LaGrange, IL)
