In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Thornton Fractional South Red Wolves basketball team scored a good 56-48 triumph over the Morgan Park Mustangs.

The Red Wolves (17-7) will now prepare for their contest against Evergreen Park (Evergreen Park, IL). The Mustangs go into the non-league contest with a 13-8 record. In their last contest, Evergreen Park topped Rosary (Aurora, IL), 43-23, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Agricultural Science Cyclones (Chicago, IL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 20. Morgan Park will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Cyclones go into the contest with a 5-6 record after their 45-18 non-league loss to Chicago Christian (Palos Heights, IL).
