The Moscow Bears basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Vallivue Falcons to 16 in the Bears non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bears now have a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Coeur d'Alene for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. Moscow will confront a Vikings team coming off a 62-40 non-league win over Sandpoint (Sandpoint, ID). The Vikings record now stands at 10-7.

With the loss, Vallivue falls to 2-11 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Emmett (Emmett, ID) to confront the Huskies in a 5A Southern Idaho game on Thursday, January 23. The Huskies go into the game with a record of 7-9.
