California High School Basketball - Tulare Western holds off Summit Charter Collegiate Academy

January 18, 2025: Tulare, CA 93274

The Tulare Western Mustangs basketball team scored 52 points and limited the visiting Summit Charter Collegiate Academy Bears to 45 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now possess a 13-7 record. They play next when they host Lemoore for a West Yosemite game on Tuesday, January 21. Tulare Western will confront a Tigers team coming off a 76-8 league loss to Dinuba (Dinuba, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-11.

With the loss, Summit Charter Collegiate Academy falls to 14-6 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Orosi (Orosi, CA) to battle the Cardinals in a East Sequoia - Redwood contest on Wednesday, January 22. The Cardinals come into the contest with a record of 10-11.
