Florida High School Basketball - The First Academy fells Trinity Catholic

The The First Academy Royals basketball team scored 39 points and limited the visiting Trinity Catholic Celtics to 29 in the Royals non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Royals now possess a 16-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Highland Prep for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. The First Academy will confront a Highlanders team coming off a 65-58 non-league loss to Cardinal Mooney (Sarasota, FL). The Highlanders record now stands at 9-10.

With the loss, Trinity Catholic falls to 11-7 on the campaign. The Celtics host Victory Christian Academy (Lakeland, FL) to confront the Storm in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. The Storm go into the game with a record of 11-8. Victory Christian Academy lost 58-53 in their recent non-league game against Sebring (Sebring, FL)
