With the triumph, Memorial moves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Mavericks travel to Celina (Celina, TX) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league test on Saturday, January 18. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 5-1. Celina won 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Randall (Amarillo, TX)

The Panthers now sport a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host White for a 5A Region 2 District 11 test on Tuesday, January 21. Hillcrest will clash with a Longhorns team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Adams (Dallas, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 5-4.
