Colorado High School Ice Hockey - Steamboat Springs knocks off Aspen

The Steamboat Springs Sailors (Steamboat Springs, CO) ice hockey trounced the host Aspen Skiers (Aspen, CO), 6-0 in Saturday's league outing.
The Sailors now own a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Battle Mountain for a 4A Mountain outing on Friday, January 24. Steamboat Springs will encounter a Huskies team coming off a 5-1 league win over Crested Butte (Crested Butte, CO). The Huskies record now stands at 6-4.
With the defeat, Aspen moves to 0-8 on the season. The Skiers travel to Glenwood Springs (Glenwood Springs, CO) to encounter the Demons in a 4A Mountain outing on Tuesday, January 21. The Demons go into the outing with a record of 11-0. Glenwood Springs won 3-2 in their recent league outing against Caprock Academy (Grand Junction, CO)
