In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Crystal Lake Central Tigers basketball team scored a good 68-51 triumph over the Antioch Sequoits.
The Tigers (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Crystal Lake South (Crystal Lake, IL). The Gators go into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record.
In their next game, the Sequoits battle the Glenbrook North Spartans (Northbrook, IL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Antioch will attempt to advance on its 6-8 season record. The Spartans enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 50-30 non-league win over Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL).
