The Great Plains Lutheran Panthers basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] Tigers to 48 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Panthers now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sioux Falls Lutheran for a non-league contest on Friday, January 20. Great Plains Lutheran will battle a team coming off a 53-28 non-league loss to Arlington (Arlington, SD). The record now stands at 0-5.

The Tigers (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Wyndmere/Lidgerwood (Wyndmere, ND). The Warbirds enter the B Region 1 contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Wyndmere/Lidgerwood nudged Enderlin (Enderlin, ND), 65-49, in a league contest.
