In Thursday's non-league outing, the Lincoln County Patriots (Stanford, KY) basketball squad edged the visiting Tates Creek Commodores (Lexington, KY), by a margin of 51-47.
The Patriots (13-3) will now prepare for their outing against Madison Central (Richmond, KY). The Indians go into the non-league outing with a 8-7 record.
The Commodores now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Harrison County for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 21. Tates Creek will clash with a Thorobreds squad coming off a 68-55 league win over Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY). The Thorobreds record now stands at 14-3.
