The Colonial Beach Drifters basketball team (Colonial Beach, VA), dropped 52-44 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting St. Margaret's Scotties (Tappahannock, VA)
The Scotties now possess a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Christchurch School for a VISAA Division II battle on Tuesday, January 24.
The Drifters (5-7) will now prepare for their battle against Essex (Tappahannock, VA). The Trojans come into the Northern Neck battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Essex beat Westmoreland (Montross, VA), 52-45, in a league battle.
