The Dale County Warriors basketball team scored 35 points and held the host Emmanuel Christian Warriors to 2 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Warriors now sport a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Geneva for a 4A Area 3 contest on Friday, January 20. Dale County will battle a Panthers team coming off a 67-43 non-league win over Holmes County (Bonifay, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 20-3.

The Warriors (0-15) will now prepare for their contest against Providence Christian (Dothan, AL). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 6-6 record.
