Colorado High School Basketball - ThunderRidge tops Douglas County

January 19, 2023: Highlands Ranch, CO 80129

Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the ThunderRidge Grizzlies (Highlands Ranch, CO) and the visiting Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO), saw ThunderRidge's basketball squad knock off Douglas County by a tally of 43-29.

With the victory, ThunderRidge improves its record to 8-7 on the campaign. The Grizzlies travel to Heritage (Littleton, CO) to play the Eagles in a 6A/5A Continental challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 4-10. Heritage lost 62-39 in their recent league challenge against Highlands Ranch (Highlands Ranch, CO)

Next up, the Huskies play the Chaparral Wolverines (Parker, CO) in a 6A/5A Continental challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Douglas County will attempt to improve on its 13-3 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 39-31 league loss to Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO).
