North Dakota High School Basketball - Fargo North knocked off by Moorhead

The Moorhead Spuds basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Fargo North Spartans to 36 in the Spuds non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Spuds now sport a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eagan for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 21. Moorhead will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 63-57 non-league loss to Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-6.
The Spartans (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Wahpeton (Wahpeton, ND). The Huskies enter the A East contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Wahpeton ran past Fargo South (Fargo, ND), 80-57, in a league contest.
