The William Penn Colonials basketball team (New Castle, DE), was overwhelmed 51-21 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Hodgson Vo-Tech Eagles (Newark, DE)

The Eagles now possess a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dickinson for a non-league battle on Monday, January 23. Hodgson Vo-Tech will confront a Rams team coming off a 75-30 league loss to DuPont (Wilmington, DE). The Rams record now stands at 1-3.

The Colonials (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Wilmington Friends (Wilmington, DE). The Quakers come into the non-league battle with a 2-4 record.
