The Saddle River Day Rebels basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Trinity Hall to 30 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Rebels now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. John-Vianney for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 21. Saddle River Day will battle a Lancers team coming off a 75-31 league win over Long Branch (Long Branch, NJ). The Lancers record now stands at 16-0.
The (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against Freehold Township (Freehold, NJ). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Freehold Township was defeated by Holmdel (Holmdel, NJ), 80-52, in a non-league contest.
