The Seton LaSalle Rebels (Pittsburgh, PA) basketball crushed the visiting Sewickley Academy (Sewickley, PA), 68-42 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Rebels (9-6) will now prepare for their test against Shady Side Academy (Pittsburgh, PA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 12-0 record. In their last test, Shady Side Academy walloped Ligonier Valley (Ligonier, PA), 62-20, in a league test.
The now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they host Rochester for a WPIAL 2A 1 test on Monday, January 23. Sewickley Academy will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 64-31 non-league loss to Neshannock (New Castle, PA). The Rams record now stands at 3-11.
