In Thursday's league outing, the Voorhees Vikings (Glen Gardner, NJ) basketball squad felled the visiting The Pingry School Big Blue (Martinsville, NJ), by a margin of 56-40.
The Vikings (8-4) will now prepare for their outing against Kittatinny Regional (Newton, NJ). The Cougars go into the non-league outing with a 0-9 record. In their last outing, Kittatinny Regional was beaten by Wallkill Valley (Hamburg, NJ), 41-28, in a league outing.
The Big Blue now own a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to Ridge for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 21. The Pingry School will clash with a Red Devil squad coming off a 53-39 league win over North Hunterdon (Annandale, NJ). The Red Devil record now stands at 7-7.
