St. Michael's Horsemen (Santa Fe, NM) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they observed their basketball team smash the visiting Socorro Warriors (Socorro, NM), 62-30 in a non-league game.

In their next game, the Horsemen face the Raton Tigers (Raton, NM) in a non-league game, on Friday, January 20. St. Michael's will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record.

With the defeat, Socorro moves to 0-4 on the year. The Warriors travel to Tohatchi (Tohatchi, NM) to face the Cougars in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 25. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 14-0.
