Admiral Farragut BlueJackets (St. Petersburg, FL) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Lakewood Spartans (St. Petersburg, FL), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the BlueJackets face the Sarasota Military Academy Eagles (Sarasota, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 20. Admiral Farragut will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 0-13 record after their 8-0 league loss to Charlotte (Punta Gorda, FL).
The Spartans now have a 5-9 record. They take the field next when they host Largo for a non-league challenge on Friday, January 20. Lakewood will face a Packers team coming off a 1-1 non-league Seminole (Seminole, FL). The Packers record now stands at 7-4.
