Sierra Linda Bulldogs (Phoenix, AZ) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host McClintock Chargers (Tempe, AZ), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs confront the Central Bobcats (Phoenix, AZ) in a 5A Metro challenge, on Monday, January 23. Sierra Linda will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 2-1 league loss to South Mountain (Phoenix, AZ).

The Chargers now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host North Canyon for a 5A Metro challenge on Monday, January 23. McClintock will confront a Rattlers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Metro Tech (Phoenix, AZ). The Rattlers record now stands at 8-2.
