The Elkhorn South Storm basketball team (Omaha, NE), was nudged 49-45 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Bryan Bears (Omaha, NE)
The Bears (9-3) will now prepare for their outing against Bellevue West (Bellevue, NE). The Thunderbirds go into the A District TBD outing with a 12-1 record. In their last outing, Bellevue West held off Millard West (Omaha, NE), 73-52, in a league outing.
The Storm now hold a 4-10 record. They play next when they host Lincoln North Star for a A District TBD outing on Tuesday, January 23. Elkhorn South will clash with a Navigators squad coming off a 71-40 league win over Lincoln Northeast (Lincoln, NE). The Navigators record now stands at 6-4.
