Hawaii High School Basketball - Kamehameha Hawai'i trounces St. Joseph

The Kamehameha Hawai'i Warriors (Kea'au, HI) basketball crushed the host St. Joseph Cardinals (Hilo, HI), 57-23 in Friday's non-league test.
The Warriors (11-2) will now prepare for their test against Pahoa (Pahoa, HI). The Daggers go into the Big Island - East test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Pahoa was trounced by Honoka'a (Honoka'a, HI), 71-66, in a non-league test.
The Cardinals now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Christian Liberty Academy for a non-league test on Monday, January 22. St. Joseph will encounter a Canefire squad coming off a 79-20 non-league loss to Kohala (Kapaau, HI). The Canefire record now stands at 0-7.
