In Friday's league outing, the Lac qui Parle Valley Eagles (Madison, MN) basketball squad felled the host Lakeview Lakers (Cottonwood, MN), by a margin of 53-43.
The Eagles (6-9) will now prepare for their outing against Lower Brule (Lower Brule, SD). The Sioux go into the non-league outing with a 4-5 record. In their last outing, Lower Brule thwarted Cheyenne-Eagle Butte (Eagle Butte, SD), 73-61, in a non-league outing.
