With the victory, Peoria improves its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Lions host Richwoods (Peoria, IL) to confront the Knights in a Big Twelve challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 15-4. Richwoods won 61-58 in their recent non-league challenge against Lee's Summit West (Lee's Summit, MO)

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Pontiac Indians (Pontiac, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 20. Normal West will attempt to improve on its 7-15 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 11-7 record after their 70-44 league win over Prairie Central (Fairbury, IL).
