The Northfield Norsemen basketball team (Wabash, IN), was overwhelmed 66-33 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Whitko Wildcats (South Whitley, IN)
The Wildcats now possess a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Prairie Heights for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 20. Whitko will confront a Panthers team coming off a 47-33 non-league loss to Bethany Christian (Goshen, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 1-11.
The Norsemen (4-11) will now prepare for their battle against Rochester (Rochester, IN). The Zebras come into the Three Rivers battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Rochester trounced Caston (Fulton, IN), 60-43, in a non-league battle.
