In their next game, the Wolves face the El Reno Indians (El Reno, OK) in a 5A District 1 game, on Saturday, January 20. Shawnee will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record. The Indians enter the game with a 9-4 record after their 88-57 non-league win over Southeast (Oklahoma City, OK).

With the defeat, Tahlequah moves to 8-6 on the year. The Tigers travel to Claremore (Claremore, OK) to face the Zebras in a 5A District 3 game on Monday, January 22. The Zebras enter the game with a record of 6-6. Claremore lost 63-59 in their recent non-league game against Roland (Roland, OK)
