Bennington Bulldogs (Bennington, KS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Classical Saints (Wichita, KS), 57-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Bennington upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Sacred Heart (Salina, KS) to clash with the Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, January 19. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 4-4.

Next up, the Saints clash with the Canton-Galva Eagles (Canton, KS) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 20. Classical will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 8-4 record after their 48-30 non-league win over Solomon (Solomon, KS).
