Alabama High School Basketball - Blount trounces Hillcrest

January 19, 2024: Evergreen, AL 36401

The Blount Leopards (Eight Mile, AL) basketball crushed the host Hillcrest Jaguars (Evergreen, AL), 55-27 in Friday's non-league test.

The Leopards (16-10) will now prepare for their test against Saraland (Saraland, AL). The Spartans go into the 6A Area 1 test with a 10-13 record. In their last test, Saraland was trounced by Murphy (Mobile, AL), 37-31, in a league test.

The Jaguars now own a 6-12 record. They play next when they host Thomasville for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 23.
