Maine High School Basketball - Cony topples Mt. Blue

In Friday's league outing, the Cony Rams (Augusta, ME) basketball squad beat the visiting Mt. Blue Cougars (Farmington, ME), by a count of 61-51.
The Rams (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against Camden Hills (Rockport, ME). The Windjammers go into the A North outing with a 9-4 record. In their last outing, Camden Hills defeated Brewer (Brewer, ME), 57-51, in a league outing.
The Cougars now hold a 4-8 record. They play next when they host Messalonskee for a A North challenge on Tuesday, January 23. Mt. Blue will play a Eagles squad coming off a 65-29 league loss to Camden Hills (Rockport, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 1-11.
