The Cromwell Panthers (Cromwell, CT) basketball nipped the host Hale Ray Noises (Moodus, CT), 45-42 in Friday's league test.
The Panthers (3-9) will now prepare for their test against Granby Memorial (Granby, CT). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, Granby Memorial was tipped by Coventry (Coventry, CT), 61-49, in a league test.
The Noises now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they host Valley Regional for a Shoreline test on Wednesday, January 24.
