Exeter Blue Hawks (Exeter, NH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Winnacunnet Warriors (Hampton, NH), 44-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Exeter upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Blue Hawks host Nashua South (Nashua, NH) to play the Purple Panthers in a Division I bout on Monday, January 22. The Purple Panthers go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Nashua South won 58-42 in their recent league bout against Nashua North (Nashua, NH)

Next up, the Warriors play the Spaulding Red Raiders (Rochester, NH) in a Division I bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Winnacunnet will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a 0-7 record after their 63-29 league loss to Dover (Dover, NH).
