Florida High School Basketball - First Christian ripped by St. John Lutheran

The St. John Lutheran Saints basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting First Christian Lions to 44 in the Saints non-league triumph on Friday.
The Saints now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Redeemer Christian for a Freelance contest on Tuesday, January 23. St. John Lutheran will meet a Lions team coming off a 47-32 non-league loss to Cambridge Christian (Tampa, FL). The Lions record now stands at 6-3.
The Lions (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Gainesville Christian Community (Gainesville, FL). The Warriors enter the Southeastern Christian contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Gainesville Christian Community was routed by Northside Christian Academy (Starke, FL), 36-6, in a league contest.
