Highland Huskies (Ault, CO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Liberty Common Eagles (Fort Collins, CO), 46-21 in a league bout.

With the win, Highland upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Huskies host Windsor Charter Academy (Windsor, CO) to clash with the Firebirds in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Firebirds go into the bout with a record of 7-6. Windsor Charter Academy won 50-15 in their recent non-league bout against Golden View Classical Academy (Golden, CO)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Wellington Eagles (Wellington, CO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Liberty Common will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 58-18 non-league win over Poudre Community Academy (Fort Collins, CO).
