Nashua South Purple Panthers (Nashua, NH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Nashua North Titans (Nashua, NH), 58-42 in a league bout.

With the win, Nashua South upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Purple Panthers travel to Exeter (Exeter, NH) to clash with the Blue Hawks in a Division I bout on Monday, January 22. The Blue Hawks go into the bout with a record of 5-5. Exeter won 44-32 in their recent league bout against Winnacunnet (Hampton, NH)

Next up, the Titans clash with the Keene Blackbirds (Keene, NH) in a Division I bout, on Monday, January 22. Nashua North will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Blackbirds go into the bout with a 6-1 record after their 84-40 league loss to Pinkerton (Derry, NH).
