California High School Basketball - St. Lucy's can't hold off Workman

The Workman Lobos basketball team scored 28 points and held the host St. Lucy's Regents to 23 in the Lobos non-league triumph on Friday.
The Lobos now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Azusa for a contest on Monday, January 22. Workman will battle a Aztecs team coming off a 25-12 league win over Sierra Vista (Baldwin Park, CA). The Aztecs record now stands at 9-2.
The Regents (2-10) will now prepare for their contest against Upland (Upland, CA). The Highlanders/Scots enter the contest with a 15-7 record. In their last contest, Upland nudged Rancho Cucamonga (Rancho Cucamonga, CA), 57-23, in a league contest.
