Next, the Wolverines confront the Reedy Lions (Frisco, TX) in a 5A Region 2 District 9 challenge, on Wednesday, January 24. Wakeland will attempt to better on its 6-0 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Hebron (Carrollton, TX).

The Chargers now have a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host V.R. Eaton for a 6A Region 1 District 4 challenge on Tuesday, January 30.
