Next, the Knights confront the Weiss Wolves (Pflugerville, TX) in a 6A Region 2 District 12 challenge, on Friday, January 26. Harker Heights will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Wolves enter the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 1-1 non-league Elgin (Elgin, TX).

The Wolves now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chaparral for a 5A Region 3 District 22 challenge on Tuesday, January 23. Shoemaker will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Carter-Riverside (Fort Worth, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-4.
