The Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf Trojans (Faribault, MN) basketball edged the visiting Washington School for the Deaf Terriers (Vancouver, WA), 41-37 in Sunday's non-league bout.
The Trojans now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Wisconsin School for the Deaf for a non-league bout on Friday, January 24.
With the loss, Washington School for the Deaf falls to 4-8 on the campaign. The Terriers host Columbia Adventist Academy (Battle Ground, WA) to play the Kodiaks in a 1B Columbia Valley bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Kodiaks go into the bout with a record of 9-1. Columbia Adventist Academy lost 56-52 in their recent non-league bout against Willapa Valley (Menlo, WA)
