Massachusetts High School Basketball - Amherst-Pelham Regional knocked off by Taconic

The Taconic Braves basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Amherst-Pelham Regional Hurricanes to 52 in the Braves league triumph on Monday.
The Braves now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Springfield for a Suburban contest on Thursday, January 5. Taconic will meet a Terriers team coming off a 58-52 non-league win over Northampton (Northampton, MA). The Terriers record now stands at 7-0.
The Hurricanes (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against East Longmeadow (East Longmeadow, MA). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, East Longmeadow was outscored by Agawam (Agawam, MA), 67-66, in a non-league contest.
