The Independence Indees basketball team (Independence, WI), was overwhelmed 66-33 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Cashton Eagles (Cashton, WI)
The Eagles now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hillsboro for a Scenic Bluffs battle on Thursday, January 5. Cashton will confront a Tigers team coming off a 64-60 non-league win over Westby (Westby, WI). The Tigers record now stands at 8-1.
